La Puntilla Condominium Association

Located on the west coast of Mexico on the Bay of Banderas, near the quaint village of La Cruz de Huanacaxtle.

The community is 15 miles north of the Puerto Vallarta airport (PVR); depending on traffic, a 30 minute drive.

Built in 1996 by San Antonio, Texas builder Paul Zuleger. 

All homes have private pools, marble floors and 2-3 bedrooms and 2-3 bathrooms.

La Cruz offers a private marina, many restaurants, boat tours, fishing charters, a Sunday Organic Market and entertainment.
